About Rob Stein

Most men today feel stretched thin. They work hard, carry responsibilities, and want to provide—but deep down, they wonder: Am I really leading well? Am I building something that will last?

I know that feeling. I’m Rob Stein—husband, father of four, speaker, coach, and founder of Fathers In Christ. My mission is to help men live with clarity, lead with conviction, and forge a legacy that outlives them.

For me, the foundation is Christ. My life and work are rooted in faith, because I believe real transformation starts there. But no matter where you are in your journey—committed believer or just searching for something more—this is a place for you to grow as a man, father, and leader.

My Story

I didn’t grow up with a perfect model of fatherhood. My parents divorced before I turned one, and my biological dad was rarely around. That absence left scars, rejection, anger, self-doubt.

Thankfully, my stepdad Tony stepped in. He showed me what real fatherhood looked like: love, discipline, and presence. Even so, I spent much of my life chasing success and approval, building my identity on career titles and external achievements.

The truth? Despite outward success, I felt empty. The more I achieved, the more unsettled I became. A business mentoring trip to the Holy Land in 2012 planted the first seed for Fathers In Christ. Thirteen years later, in 2025, that seed came to life when I finally surrendered my career and comfort at my breaking point to pursue God’s calling.

Now, I guide men through the F.O.R.G.E.D. framework, a process born from my own struggles and breakthroughs. I believe every man can experience freedom, hope, and lasting change by building on the right foundation.

• Church – The body of Christ; every believer called to serve and make disciples.

• Mission – Love God, love people, make disciples—starting in our homes.
